Mille Grey

Mille Grey belongs to Sunday Brunch, the softly coloured Tilda collection with a vintage feel, made for springtime projects and for that summerhouse look. The yellow roses with their pink buds are spaced out in small posies across the grey ground, so the print is easy to cut even into small pieces without losing the design.

It works well for quilt blocks, cushion covers and Tilda doll and animal patterns, where the grey background softens the yellow and pink. It sits happily next to the solids and dots of the same collection. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew; for borders and long strips, choose one of the larger cuts.
