Pernille Pink

Pernille Pink belongs to Sunday Brunch, the softly coloured Tilda collection with a vintage feel, made for spring mornings in the garden and for summerhouse style. Yellow and cream roses are grouped in small bouquets on a pink ground, with blue leaves adding depth: a medium-scale print that stays readable even when cut into squares or triangles.

It suits the blocks of a romantic quilt as much as cushions, lavender bags, totes and Tilda dolls, and it mixes well with the dots, stripes and small florals of the same collection. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew; for long strips or borders, choose one of the larger cuts.
