Description

A gentle portrait: a fair-haired girl with a garland of yellow flowers in her hair and large blooms in the foreground, against a softly shaded blue sky. Faces come to life through many close shades, so work in good light and follow the chart square by square.

The cotton and modal fabric is soft with an even weave, and the gold metallic threads add a few highlights among the flowers. A hoop, scissors and a frame are not part of the kit and need to be bought separately; a hoop or frame helps keep the tension even. The finished square piece is made to be framed as it is.
