Description

An autumn scene in which the river mirrors the sky, the birches glow gold and the snowy mountains fade into the distance: a quiet landscape worked in counted cross stitch, with soft shading provided by the many colours already sorted on the organiser.

The kit comes with fabric, threads, needle and chart, so you can start straight away; the frame is not included. Stitches on 16 count Aida are small, so good light helps, as does a hoop or frame to keep the fabric taut and the crosses even. When the stitching is done, wash and press the piece face down before taking it to be framed.
