Berrytangle Plum

Berrytangle Plum belongs to Hometown, the Tilda collection built around the love of home and neighbourhood, with drawings of gardens and gatherings in autumn and winter shades. Here berry sprigs tangle together over a soft pink ground: a small, all-over print with no particular direction, so it can be cut without worrying about centring the motif.

It is an easy fabric for the small pieces of a quilt, for borders and cushion backs, and equally for bags, pouches, dolls and Tilda decorations. It sits well next to the florals and solids of the same collection, which pick up the oranges and purples of the berries. Pre-wash before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
