Abloom Prussian

Abloom Prussian belongs to Bloomsville, the Tilda summer collection built on bright colours and flowers in bloom. The Ablooms are the blenders of the range: a close, medium-scale floral that reads almost as a solid from a distance, here pink and coral over Prussian blue. It is the fabric to reach for when you need something to sit between pieced blocks, or for borders, linings and backings.

It also works on its own for a bag, a pouch, a cushion or an apron, since the print has no obvious direction and can be cut any way round. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so that the slight shrinkage happens before you sew. For long strips or larger areas, choose one of the bigger cuts.
