Teardrop Teal

Teardrop Teal belongs to Jubilee, the collection Tilda put together for its 25th anniversary by bringing back the most festive prints of past years. Paisley teardrops packed with daisies and tiny red and blue flowers tumble across a teal ground: a medium-scale design that still reads well when cut into small pieces.

It is an easy print for quilt blocks, borders and the backs of cushions and throws, and it works just as well for bags, pouches, aprons and Tilda dolls. Pair it with the other Jubilee fabrics or with plains in red and teal. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
