Farm Flowers Red belongs to Jubilee, the collection Tilda put together for its twenty-fifth birthday, gathering cheerful designs from different years. The print is small and evenly spaced: simple country flower posies drawn with a folk-art line, set on a warm red that makes them stand out.

Because the motif is small it works well in the little pieces of patchwork, in diamond blocks and borders, and equally for covered favours, stuffed hearts, Christmas decorations and small pouches. It sits easily next to solids and spots from the same collection. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so that the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
