Willy Nilly Green

Willy Nilly Green belongs to Pie in the Sky, the collection Tone Finnanger dedicates to daydreaming children: little bouquets set in neat rows, with pink, teal, mustard and orange flowers standing out against the green ground. The scale is medium, so the print cuts easily into squares and triangles without losing the motif.

It works as the main fabric of a quilt or a cushion, and just as well for drawstring bags, pouches, aprons and clothes for Tilda dolls; the green makes a calm base for the other prints in the collection, from dots to smaller florals. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting so that the slight shrinkage happens before you sew. For long strips or borders, choose one of the larger cuts.
