Farm Flowers Mustard

Farm Flowers Mustard belongs to Jubilee, the collection in which Tilda celebrates twenty-five years by bringing together cheerful designs from different collections. The print is small and closely repeated: posies of red flowers and pale blue bellflowers scattered over a mustard ground, with no particular direction, so it can be cut whichever way suits the project.

This is the kind of supporting fabric that holds a composition together: squares and triangles in a quilt, block backgrounds, drawstring bags, pillowcases, pouches and little dresses for Tilda dolls. The warm yellow glows next to the reds and blues of the same collection. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
