Chambray Warm Yellow

Chambray is the solid range in Tilda's Basics line: a coloured warp woven with a light weft gives a gently mottled surface, livelier than a flat solid cotton. This warm yellow has a bright, slightly golden tone and works both as a background and as a linking fabric between the prints of the themed collections.

It is an easy choice for quilt blocks, cushion backs, linings, drawstring bags and the bodies of Tilda dolls. Pre-wash before cutting, as the shrinkage is noticeable. If you need it for borders or for the back of a large project, go for one of the longer cuts so the fabric arrives in a single piece.
