Olivebranch Lavender

Olivebranch Lavender is one of the blenders in the Hibernation collection, built around sleeping animals and nature motifs, with lighter elements on darker grounds in the spirit of the Arts and Crafts movement. The slender sprigs repeat closely and evenly: up close the design reads clearly, from a distance the fabric behaves like a softly textured solid.

That makes it useful for quilt backgrounds, borders, cushion backs and drawstring bags, and equally for a doll's dress or for covering notebooks and boxes. It sits happily next to the larger prints in the collection. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so that the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
