The speckled background you can see in the photo is printed straight onto the fabric, so the air around the flowers stays light with no stitching needed: you work only the motifs, in full crosses with a few outlines in back stitch. The threads come already sorted colour by colour on the organiser, ready to use. Alongside the kit you will want a hoop or frame and small scissors; the picture frame is not included, so you can choose it once the stitching is done.
