Description

A close-up of pointe shoes tied with their ribbons, a pink flower resting beside them and the soft veil of a tutu behind: a design for anyone who loves ballet and likes gentle shades of pearl grey and dusty pink. The whole picture is stitched, shaded background included, so it takes some patience and suits stitchers with a little experience.

Work from the counted chart, usually with two strands of stranded cotton on the Aida. A hoop or frame and small scissors are needed as well and are not part of the kit, nor is the frame shown in the photograph. Once finished, it makes a picture for a young dancer's room.
