Ava Coral

Ava Coral belongs to Songbird, the collection Tone Finnanger designed after a trip to Venice, with a light nod to Art Nouveau lines. The print is dense and all-over: cream birds perched among flowering branches, with no clear direction, so it can be cut whichever way the project needs.

The warm coral ground suits quilt blocks, cushions and bags, and works just as well for creative sewing: doll clothes, pouches, lavender bags. It pairs with the smaller prints in the collection and with solids in dusty shades. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
