Cottonbloom Sky

Cottonbloom Sky belongs to Bloomsville, the Tilda summer collection built on bright colours and flowers in bloom. The print is small and evenly spaced: little yellow tufts repeated over a sky blue ground, a fabric that behaves like a background and gives the larger prints of the collection room to breathe.

It suits the small pieces of a quilt, narrow borders, cushion backs, bag linings and doll clothes, where a big motif would be lost. The basic cut measures about 50 × 55 cm: if you need long strips across the full width of the bolt, choose one of the larger cuts. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
