Frida Lime

Frida Lime belongs to Creating Memories, the Tilda range of small-scale prints and wovens grouped into seasons by colour; this one sits in the spring palette, with scattered posies on a warm lime ground. The small, regular repeat still reads well on little pieces, which makes it handy for quilt squares, for mixing with the checks and dots of the same range, and for small sewing: pouches, pot holders, linings, clothes for Tilda dolls.

The bright green background lifts the pastel shades and sits happily next to the pinks and yellows of the collection. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting so that any shrinkage happens before you sew; for long strips or for backing a project, choose one of the larger cuts.
