Tipsy Grey

Tipsy Grey belongs to Sunday Brunch, the softly coloured vintage Tilda collection made for spring quilts and summerhouse style. It is one of the collection's blenders: the tiny scattered flowers and leaves on grey read almost as a solid from a distance and give the larger prints room to breathe.

It works well in small quilt blocks and borders, for linings and drawstring bags, or for the clothes and accessories of Tilda dolls, where the small-scale print stays in proportion. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew. If you need long strips, choose one of the larger cuts.
