Chambray Dots are among the most used basics in the Tilda range: the two-tone woven yarn gives that slightly mottled look that softens the colour and makes the fabric feel already lived-in. Here the brick-red dots stand only just clear of the coral ground, so the print stays cheerful without competing with busier prints.
It works well as a background or filler in a quilt, for the back of a cushion, for borders, drawstring bags and clothes for Tilda dolls. Shrinkage can reach 5%, so pre-wash the cut before you start cutting pieces. For long strips or a whole lining, choose one of the larger cuts.
