A Marjolein Bastin design in the gentle style of naturalist watercolours: Vera the mouse walks into the wind while dry leaves swirl around her. The work is stitched by counting threads on the evenweave fabric, usually with two strands of stranded cotton for the crosses and one strand for the french knots and long stitches that add the finer details.
Everything you need to stitch is in the kit, including the threads already sorted on the yarn organizer; you only need scissors and, if you like to keep the fabric taut, a hoop or frame. The finished size suits a wall frame nicely: the frame is not included.
