Beverly Pink belongs to Wallflower, the Tilda collection that takes a romantic look at the decorative prints of the 1960s and 70s. The design is busy and cheerful: flat, stylised blooms in blue, green and aqua with yellow centres, set among pale and pink leaves on a deep pink ground. The motifs repeat closely together, so the print still reads well in small patchwork pieces.
It gives character to cushions, bags, quilts and curtains, and sits happily next to plain fabrics or small dots in the same palette. Pre-wash before cutting so that the slight shrinkage happens before you sew; if you need long strips or larger panels, choose one of the bigger cuts.
