Cloudpie Tealgreen

Cloudpie Tealgreen belongs to Pie in the Sky, the collection Tone Finnanger dedicates to daydreaming children, with cheerful colours and small-scale prints. This is one of the blenders in the range: dense cream sprigs and berries over a deep teal green that reads almost as a textured solid from a distance.

That makes it handy as a bridge between larger prints: block backgrounds, borders, cushion backs, drawstring bags, pouches and doll clothes. The design has no clear direction, so it can be cut with little waste. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew; for long strips, choose one of the larger cuts.
