Abloom Cornflower

Abloom Cornflower belongs to Bloomsville, the Tilda summer collection built on bright colours and flowers in full bloom. The Abloom prints are the blenders of the range: a close floral drawing in a contrasting shade that reads almost as a solid from a distance and gives the larger prints room to breathe. Here apple green on cornflower blue makes a lively pairing.

It is an easy fabric for quilt squares and strips, cushion backs, bags and pouches, and for the bodies of Tilda dolls and animals. The design has no clear direction, so you can cut without worrying about the orientation. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
