Chambray Cerise

Tilda chambrays are the fabrics that hold a printed collection together: solid shades woven with a lighter thread in the weft, so up close they show a soft texture instead of looking flat. This cerise is a warm, cheerful pink that sits happily next to the small florals and geometric prints of the Tilda collections.

Use it for quilt backgrounds and borders, cushion backs, bags, aprons and clothes for Tilda dolls. Shrinkage can reach 5%, so pre-wash the fabric before cutting. If you need long strips or a large background, choose one of the bigger cuts.
