Pen Stripe Grey

Pen Stripe Grey belongs to Tilda's Classics range, the basics that stay in production all year round. The stripes are uneven, as if drawn with a pen, which gives the fabric a soft, slightly handmade look: it is a print that supports the others rather than competing with them, good for the neutral blocks of a quilt, cushion backs, linings, drawstring bags and the bodies of Tilda dolls.

The warm grey sits easily beside the small florals and solids of the seasonal collections. Shrinkage is noticeable, so pre-wash the fabric before cutting; if you need long strips for borders or binding, choose one of the larger cuts.
