Description

My Neighborhood sums up the theme of the Hometown collection: a small neighbourhood of houses with their gardens, blossoming trees, hedges and birds, drawn in soft pink on a warm rust background. The motif repeats closely and, detailed as it is, reads almost as a blender from a distance – handy both for quilt blocks and as a background or border print.

It works with the autumn shades of the rest of the collection and suits cushions, bags, aprons, dolls and Tilda decorations. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so that the slight shrinkage happens before you sew. If you need long strips or a quilt backing, choose one of the larger cuts.
