Blender - Lila Sage Mist

Lila Sage Mist is one of the blenders in the Songbird collection, inspired by a trip to Venice and by Art Nouveau reinterpreted in a lighter, naiver way, with a dusty pastel palette. The print is dense and even, made of flowers and buds drawn in outline only: from a distance it reads as a quiet sage green, close up the pattern appears.

That makes it a useful supporting fabric in quilts, between blocks and in borders, as well as for linings, pouches, cushions and doll clothes. It mixes easily with the other Songbird prints and with solids in the same range. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew; for long strips, choose one of the larger cuts.
