Tilda Village Life Fat Quarter Bundle

Twenty fat quarters from Village Life, the Tilda collection inspired by cosy village days, with small prints that recall old wallpapers and pretty dresses of the past. The bundle brings together both colour themes of the collection: the autumnal one with rust, ochre and greens, and the cooler one with burgundy and blues, all on light grounds that tie them together.

Fat quarters are handy because they yield squares and blocks, not only strips: think of a medium-sized quilt, cushions, bags, pouches and dolls. To finish a quilt you will also need backing fabric, wadding and fabric for the binding. A wash before cutting avoids surprises with shrinkage.
