Bouquet of flowers

A floral arrangement in pink and coral tones, with conifer foliage and golden berries, worked in soft shading on a pale ground. The kit holds everything needed to stitch it: the linen fabric, the threads ready sorted on an organizer and a chart printed with large squares, which helps with a design full of colour changes.

The linen is stitched over two threads; a hoop or frame keeps the tension even. Petal and branch details are finished with back stitch and long stitch. Given its size, this is a project for a stitcher with some experience and plenty of stitching evenings ahead. The frame is not included: the finished piece can be framed professionally or mounted on a board.
