Larissa Caramel

Larissa Caramel belongs to Sanctuary, the Tilda autumn/winter collection built on soft, muted tones and on the idea of a safe place: the woods, the sewing room, bed with a good book. The print is small-scale and busy, so it works beautifully in the smaller pieces of a quilt, in borders, in lavender bags and as clothing for Tilda dolls, with the caramel ground giving warmth to the pink flowers and mint leaves.

It sits easily next to solids and next to the larger prints of the same collection. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew. If you need long strips or a quilt backing, choose one of the larger cuts.
