Tilda Village Life Fat Quarter Bundle Burgundy

Five fat quarters from the Village Life collection in the Burgundy colourway: densely packed little flowers in pink, blue and burgundy on red, a smaller print on a pale ground and a narrow stripe, all inspired by old wallpapers and pretty vintage dresses. This is the cooler, winter side of the collection.

Fat quarters are handy because they yield large squares and shapes, not just strips: five coordinated prints are enough for cushions, pot holders, small bags, lavender sachets, baskets and Tilda dolls. For a quilt you will also need backing fabric, wadding and fabric for the binding. Pre-wash the pieces before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
